(1) Buyer or his representative have to come down to Africa and verify the evidence of the product ,Inspect the gold before shipment commence.
SECTION 2
(2) If the buyer is here in Africa for the transaction, the buyer will pay 7% of government tax after confirming the gold and be ready to export to buyer destination.
our representative will travel with buyer to destination to confirm the test to buyer refinery the buyer will pay 50% payment of the total amount of the gold here in Africa and the buyer will travel with one of our representatives to his/ or her destination to make the final assay in buyer's refinery.
The buyer is allowed to confirm the gold , in any where he like ,whereby our representative will be there when the test is going on to confirm the test. we give our buyer 72 hours to make the payment after the confirmation of the gold test in buyer refinery.
(3) seller will make change of ownership and invoice then hand over the gold to buyer.
(4) Seller will provide all the Legal document that cover Gold such like
