WE ALSO PAY A REASONABLE COMMISION TO OUR AGENTS OR ANY ONE THAT INTRODUCED A VIABLE BUYER TO US. WE CAN PREPARE A MANDATE LETTER OF APPOITNMENT FOR OUR AGENTS WORKING ON COMMISION BASIS. WE CAN NEGOTIATE AND AGREE ON COMMISION RATES IF OUR OFFER IS ACCEPTED
