I believe you might have lost an email which emanated from my boss who instructed to handle delivery of an ATM card to you. I am supposed to dispatch this ATM card which contains huge amount of money. My boss made me to understand that it was a compensation for your previous effort which he eventually succeeded in achieving it with someone else. I think I can send the email if you so wish.

Be duly informed that delivery of your (ATM card) will be terminated this week following your inability to pay the requested fee. I will be returning the ATM card to the issuing bank immediately since the courier company has vowed never to entertain any further delay in this exercise.
