Re: Compensation Payment notice.
Following the audit Report from Debt Reconciliation Board, your name was enlisted in the compensation gazette given to my office for immediate payment. After due consultations with the International communities and then a closed-door meeting with the President of Nigeria- Gen. Muhammadu Buhari; it was resolved and unanimously agreed that you will receive US$3.7M compensation payment.
NOTE:
* That we are given (4) working weeks ultimatum to wind up this payment exercise from the date we transmitted this notice to you.
* That you are also expected to visit our office to sign the payment release order within this 4wks specified.
I anticipate your earliest response to this notice as that will enable my office to conclude with your compensation payment within the specified time.
