Thanks for the response, I trustfully appreciated the fact that you really wanted to assist me in the funds distributions. However, my intention was to search for a compassionate individual who is willing to use this fund for the establishment of a charitable organization and name it after me as a memorial.

I have actually entrusted my family members with this task but they all failed. Instead of using the fund for the said purpose they use it for their own personal and selfish gain which has made me to seek help abroad and you must assure me that you will use the fund for the intended purpose and not like family members.

Due to my health condition, it is difficult to write a lengthy email otherwise I would have used this medium as a forum to give you every detail. In any case, if you are willing to carry out my request as I have said very briefly then feel free to reply to me so that I can introduce you to my resident Attorney who will be in the position to provide you with every detail as regards to the fund and my intentions.

I want to carefully emphasize that this is an endowment fund / private donation.

My wish is for you to use the fund am to donate to you for charity purpose my attorney will be in the best position to give you all the legal documents that will authenticate you as the beneficiary of the fund pls this fund is to be used to set up a charity foundation in my name you have to reach out to the needy and the less privileged that is my last wish, kindly communicate with my lawyer and let me know once you do that .

My name is Patrick James, a US citizen, I am diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer that was discovered very late due to my laxity in caring for my health. It has defiled all type of medicine at the moment, I have just a few months to live according to medical experts. I have not particularly lived my life so well, as i don't really care for anyone not even myself but my business.

Though I am very rich, I wasn't generous, I was always hostile to people and focus on my business as that was the thing I cared for. But I regret all this as I now know that there is more to life than just wanting to have or make all the wealth in the world. I believe when God gives me a second chance to come to this world I would live my life a different way from how I have lived it. Now that I know my time is near, I have willed and given most of my properties and assets to my immediate and extended family members and as well as a few close friends.

I have decided to give alms to charity, The last of my wealth which is the huge cash deposit that I have with a financial institute abroad. I will want you to help me collect this deposit and use it to help people in need and also open a charity institution in my memorial. I am writing this from my laptop computer in my sickbed where I wait for my time to come. I pray that God uses you to support me.
