Let me apologize for getting back to you late, it wasn't intentional rather due to my ill-health.
How are you and your family today? With due respect, I believe that you will be honest to fulfill my final wish before I will die. I was compelled to write to you under a humanitarian ground. My name is Mrs. Patricia Williams, I'm a 78 years old dying woman, I have a long fated blood sickness which I never knew about till lately I was diagnosed with Leukemia. From all indications my condition is really deteriorating, and my doctors have courageously advised me that I may not live beyond next few months, this is because the cancer has reached a critical stage.
