Sports Club in Mexico! Campestre Sports Club is a Mexican sports academy
based in México. The club provides effective, safe and transparent human
performance training to develop youth athletes to the peak of their
potentials.

The Academy enlists diverse experts to support youth, amateur and
elite athletes with a full-circle approach including body, performance and
mind training.

This role will be responsible for the following:

Giving training to the young athletes.

Planning, supervising, and conducting practices and scrimmages in
preparation for official competition.

Scheduling of meets in coordination with the Director.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with the community;
including, current athletes, staff, media, and fans.

Maintaining gym, locker rooms, training supplies and equipment.

Maintaining knowledge and adherence to all applicable rules governing the
program.

Managing team budget and ensuring that it is not exceeded.

Position Requirements:

Minimum two (2) years of successful coaching experience at the high school
level or above.

Current certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Monthly Salary: US$13,500.00 United States Dollars

Tenure: 1- 2 years contract

Starting Date: ASAP

Monthly Salary: Your basic Salary (Per Month) USD$13,500(UN TAXED). The
estimated monthly salary is US$13,500 MONTHLY. Salaries shall be paid on a
monthly basis. Payments to be made on the 20th of each month in United
States Dollars.

One months upfront salary shall be paid to you within two (2)
business days after contract signing in Mexico as relocation reimbursement.

The following process are the next to take before coming to Mexico for the
signing of the contract since you have not coached/worked in any Club in
Mexico or registered with any relevant Sports Authorities here in Mexico.

Therefore you are required to obtain the Alien Authorization letter from
the Sports Council before we proceed and present the contract papers as
they are a major criteria protecting every foreign coach.

Application & Offer of Employment: –

To be considered for employment at the Campestre Sports Club,You are
required to obtain the authorization letter from the Asociacion sports de
Mexico,this is an umbrella required by every forign coach in Mexico and a
main criteria for considering a foreign coach.

Our club will give you the direction and informations on how to obtain the
letters and complete it within 2 working days upon your response.

Once you complete the Alien Authorization step with the sports
council, we are going to draft a Pre-Contract and agreement papers for you
to read and learn more about the contract.

You will also be sent a flight ticket for your emergency trip to
Mexico for physical meeting with you and seeing the club management staff,
you will also inspect our training facility as a means of understanding
your duties and finalizing this contract.

Remember that you are assigned to arrive on emergency visit by this
month or next. The emergency trip will be 2-3 days to enable you view the
training facilities, your accommodation and team members. Once a contract
are signed during your emergency visit, we shall provide you with FM2 Visa,
allowance and your benefits for both you and your family.

We acknowledge the good receipt of your email as regards to obtaining
of the Alien Authorization Letter for Foreign coaches applying for a tennis
project in Mexico .We are the Inspection team of the Administration of
youth Sports and also a governing body of Sports and foreign coaches
contract overseeing men's and women's MTC at LATA for both National and
International activities.

Our Mission
The mission of this Commission is to develop and to deliver
programming, contract approval and protection right including events that
inspire members to improve and to enhance their involvement in sporting
activities in Mexico.

This Commission are established to act as a guide to appropriate
conduct for foreign coaches intending to work in any sports club within
Mexico, We work to promote a high level of professional standards of
service and conduct amongst those members; and whereas one uniform code of
ethics and conduct, closely adhered to and enforced.

Any foreign coach that fails to comply with the regulations as set out may
result in disciplinary action, including imposition of fines, suspension of
privileges and termination of contract and membership in accordance with
the by-laws of this commission.

We are also assessing occupation or contract being awarded by any Club in
the territory of Mexico for example the ongoing contract negociation with
the Campestre Sports Club, the contract negociation would be monitored and
protected on your interest to see that you achieve and finalize the
negociation in accordance with the contract protection right.

In order to assist us start our administrative work for your position, you
are requested to furnish us with all the below requirements to commence
with this administrative protocols.

Below are the complete requirements needed from you to obtain the Alien
Coaching Authorization Letter for the processing and approval of your
informations that will authorize the management of the Campestre Sports
Club and conclude the contract finalization.

Requirements:

(1) Coaching License

(2) Passport Copy or Valid ID

(3) US$390 (Administrative & Processing Fee)

(4) Filled Registration Form

Once the above requirements is confirmed,copies of the Alien
Authorization License shall be dispatched to your custody within 2 business
(48hours) of purchase Via email , fax or and a registration database would
be created for the processing of your relevant authourization paperworks.

As regards to sending of your passport information copy and your
personal informations, you can send them electronically through email
scanning attachment.

The Processing and Administration fee will be placed under the General
Purpose Revenue (GPR) when received for the procurement of your Permission
and Approval Letters that is going to permit you sign and handle the
coaching position with the Club.

The registration/processing fee of US$390 are REFUNDABLE if
incase the club contract are not signed due to some personal reasons.

This membership will also allow you take part in the MABA's mission and
benefit and opportunities are involved like Resource Library, discounts on
Maintaince Courses, the Convention and magazines to $1 million in general
liability insurance and access to group health insurance. We're

soon as we receive all the above requirements today to enable the club
proceed in finalizing the contract negociations with you.
