Terms of Agreement/Appointment Letter
1. We will process and issue Employment Visa, Two-way Pre-paid Tickets to you or with your family, (if you intend to come with them. It is acceptable by the company).
2. Legible employees have to provide a scanned copy of their international passport to enable us to undertake the procedures to process your Employment Visa in your favour.
3. There will be a Mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise for all Newly Employed Staff within the Premises of RAYYAN AL NUR GROUP OF COMPANY ABU DHABI UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
During this exercise, you shall be fully enlightened on your job position and scope of work.
THE INTERNATIONAL RAYYAN AL NUR GROUP OF COMPANY EXPATRIATES RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE will conduct 7 days Mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise on your arrival before work sign-on. On your arrival to UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, the HR Team will guide you to finalize the documentation formalities (Medical Examinations/report, Employment labour card, Visa stamping on your passport, Job description briefing, Code of conduct etc.)
It is mandatory for every Staff to submit an Affidavit of Work permit/Insurance.
Contact RAVINDRABISHT FIRM U.A.E (RAYYAN AL NUR GROUP OF COMPANY) assigned Legal Assistant) to immediately obtain an Affidavit of Work permit/Insurance from Abu Dhabi High court.

Failure to provide the Affidavit of Work permit/Insurance within the stipulated time would mean automatic termination of appointment.
If there be any incurred expenses in the course of travelling and other logistics, you are advised to write a letter for reimbursement Showing a Scanned copy of payment receipts, approval Letter from RAVINDRABISHT LAW FIRM U.A.E
All expenses for AFFIDAVIT OF WORK PERMIT/INSURANCE to the Legal Assistant MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY BY YOU.
SALARY DEDUCTION AT THIS INCEPTION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
WE WILL REFUND THE WORK PERMIT/INSURANCE EXPENSES DURING REIMBURSEMENT FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES.
