Following our recent discussions, your employment application has been well assessed and approved by the Human Resource Department which was the purpose of the telephone call made recently. Your abilities and experiences appear suitable to the needs of KGHM Polska Miedź, and we are offering you a position beginning immediately at the pay we have stated in the Job Offer / Agreement letter. Poland Migration and Home Affairs will be sent to you an authorization letter to process and secure your Poland Schengen Entry Visa and Work Permit (D Visa) under diplomatic preference at our embassy in your Country. Further proceedings shall be made known to you once we can receive your duly signed copy of the offer letter.
Note: Because of Covid -19 and other related reasons, you must notify us if the resumption date stated is not okay or with your current work schedule, so that we can be able to review and extend your resumption date. You shall receive another scheduled date for your joining date after the completion of your visa and work permit procurement process.
The full job description of your duties and office you will report to shall be stated on our final appointment letter after the completion of the Immigration formalities with our embassy in your Country.
