Hence, EMSCLK EMIRATES OIL & GAS LLC seeks to employ your services as an expatriate for a regular full-time
position with our Company.
THIS DOCUMENT EMBODIES THE APPROVED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EMPLOYMENT
Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER
Monthly Salary: You will be eligible to receive AED 115,500 (One Hundred and Fifteen Thousand, Five Hundred
UAE Dirham’s only) –Basic Monthly.
Start Date: You would be expected to resume on site on the 09TH AUGUST, 2020 (Can be extended on
application)
Job Location: Dubai – United Arab Emirates
Contract Duration: Four (4) YEARS CONTRACT, (Renewable)
Overtime: Payment of overtime, for overtime eligible positions, you will be paid for all hours worked in
excess.
Working schedule: This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week. Your regular weekly
schedule will be Sunday to Thursday 09:00-17:00 and with observance of prescribed holidays.
Allowances/ Entitlements: *Yearly Bonus
*Car Maintenance: 3,400 AED (Monthly)
*House & Furnishings: 170,659 AED (Yearly)
*Travel & Events: AED 4,489 (Monthly)
*Free Medicals care for Employee/Family
B.1 TAXATION
a) All forms of compensation referred to in this letter agreement are subject to tax free.
B.2 BONUS (OR COMMISSION) POTENTIAL
In addition, you will be eligible to an incentive bonus for each fiscal year of the Company. The bonus will be awarded
based on objective or subjective criteria established by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and approved by the
Company’s Board of Directors.
Your target bonus will be equal to 20 % of your annual base salary. Any bonus for the fiscal year in which your
employment begins will be prorated, based on the number of days you are employed by the Company during that fiscal
year.
Any bonus for a fiscal year will be paid within [number] months after the close of that fiscal year, but only if you are
still employed by the Company at the time of payment.
The determinations of the Company’s Board of Directors with respect to your bonus will be final and binding.
B.3 VACATION POLICY
You will be eligible for 30 days of paid vacation leave per year. Paid time off is additional to sick days, bank holidays
and days that the company does not operate.
B.4 PRIVATE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN
As all EMSCLK EMIRATES OIL & GAS LLC employees, you will be eligible for the private health and dental insurance plan
we provide.
B.5 EMPLOYMENT PROCESS FROM OFFER LETTER TO WORK VISA
STAGE 1 - OFFER LETTER: The offer letter and its annexures contain important details of the job and both parties must
sign these documents.
STAGE 2 - SIGNING THE CONTRACT
2.1) Then the employee applies for work permit visa approval at his/her cost through our official agency ULTIMATE
ADVANCE TRAVEL & TOURISM DUBAI LLC which will grant the employee permission to work in the UAE and get
reimbursed back on his arrival.
STAGE 3 – EMPLOYEE ‘S WORK PERMIT
3.1) The process starts with procuring a work permit for an expatriate from Ministry of Labour through ULTIMATE
ADVANCE TRAVEL & TOURISM DUBAI LLC.
STAGE 4 – COMPLETING THE LAST FORMALITIES ie. WORK VISA
4.1) ULTIMATE ADVANCE TRAVEL & TOURISM DUBAI LLC arranges to complete the formalities of :
a) Medical Testing,
b) Obtaining UAE Resident Identity (Emirates ID) Card,
c) Labour Card
d) Stamping the work residency permit on his passport
NOTE: • EMSCLK EMIRATES OIL & GAS LLC POLICY requires employee to pay the costs of your deployment including
residency permit/work permit visa application and you get reimbursed later.
B.6 PAYMENT AFTER CONTRACT TERMINATION
On the termination of the employment contract, an employee is entitled to the following:
1. Salary and allowance compensation equivalent to the period until the end of the contract.
2. Payments equivalent to the balance of unutilised leave or any part thereof.
3. Payments for overtime or any balance of wages due and not yet paid.
4. End of service gratuity calculated on the duration of the employment.
5. Repatriation expenses as per the Law or the employment contact, subject to the employee not being in violation or
in breach of either the Law or the employment contract.
B.7 CONTRACT STATUS
Single and Family Status, with accommodation provided. Kindly indicate if you are relocating to UAE with your
family. Excellent educational assistance / benefits with family status employment.
B.8 FAMILY STATUS – (YOU CAN RELOCATE TO UAE TOGETHER WITH YOUR FAMILY)
Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early
notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.
B.9 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
All Employees are entitled to One (1) month Paid Leave per year which can be taken once at a time or twice apart one
different period. Travel shall be by business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary.
However, for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/excess
baggage allowance.
Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.
B.10 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during
Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will reimburse the
Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee’s expense Report and Receipts as proofs
of such Expenses.
Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Visa costs and Expenses made by Employee. The agreement hereby
binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense
Reports and Receipts of Expenses
C.1 RESIGNATION / TERMINATION:
Should you wish to resign OR terminate your employment with us, you will be required to provide 90 days (3 months)
written notice to enable us transition your work.
Termination for Cause, either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or
repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a
default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate.
C.2 NON-UAE RESIDENTS:
It is our official policy that our employees must pay for their work visa permit/ Resident processing fees, as a proof of
the readiness to join our team; they have to contact the ULTIMATE ADVANCE TRAVEL & TOURISM DUBAI LLC and
obtain these documents.
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employee’s upon
presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
C.3 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES
The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance before Candidates embark on journey to assume duty. This is to
enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of
duty relating to default.
Employee’s (Expatriates) are to note that ONE MONTH UPFRONT SALARY are paid as soon as Employees Procure and
Process the relevant UAE Traveling Papers, Resident/ Work Permit Documents through ULTIMATE ADVANCE TRAVEL
& TOURISM DUBAI LLC and submit it to the Human Resources Department of EMSCLK EMIRATES OIL & GAS LLC for
Verification.
All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UAE shall be paid into employee’s account locally or internationally.
This is in line with the UAE Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.
C.4 BENEFITS/ACCOMODATION
All Employees are expected to reside at the Company’s Staff estate.
There are Single and Family Flat Duplex Accommodation.
Brand New car, for employees use during contract.
Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.
In case of local dishes, we have Chefs from various countries to handle such.
C.5 TELECOMMUNICATION / INTERNET FACILITIES
There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and it shall be
accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.
D.1 MEDICAL EXPENSES
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for
injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.
D.2 SAFETY & SECURITY
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues,
and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations. All operations on Job Location are
designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector.
D.3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be
incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry
and dry cleaning unit.
All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety
and environment experts.
All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet
and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Oil & Gas Sector.
D.4 TRAVELING DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA.
The Employee is requested to contact MR. MOHAMMAD G.M. ZAFAR of ULTIMATE ADVANCE TRAVEL & TOURISM
DUBAI LLC, With the below office address through email, who shall be responsible for the processing of his or her
Valid UAE Work/Residence Permit Visa and then should forward it to the HR DEPARTMENT of EMSCLK EMIRATES OIL
& GAS LLC for Verification and authenticity confirmation.
Hence any expenses incurred by employee during the processing of his documents shall be refunded to the candidate
after 5 working days of concluding all Immigration/Labour UAE arrangement.

I heard from a number of people that these employment scammers are mainly targeting people who have a job seeking profile listed on NaukriGulf (
https://naukrigulf.com). That website must be very unsecure. I had a profile on there too and I just removed it. No thank you.
