You should print it out , then fill and return it to the immigration bureau Ottawa to the email canimmigrationservice@outlook.com for the approval of your visa to Canada and also send the same copy of the form back to our email for approval of your job approval and invitation letter of invitation, contract of works, your flight ticket to Canada and your hotel accommodation free of charge,
