The California State Department wishes to engage its residents(only) residing in the State to operate as independent Post Master. The requirements for the position is from age 18 and above with NO School Certificates or professional qualifications. The State will offer a certain amount as remuneration for every card obtained and posted to the relevant destination within the United States.
