Be informed that the world Bank through its Affiliates has mandated
all Auditor Generals of Nation Members to compile Names of Pandemic/ Scam
Victims for immediate compensation.

This names of Pandemic/Scam Victims would be forwarded to the World Bank for
immediate compensation by World Bank appointed and approved
Facilitators.

The Facilitators would be directed by World Bank to pay this
compensation to the Pandemic/Victims of Scam through Debit Card Payment System.

This payment will enable Pandemic/Scam Victims to sought themselves out
financially from various Agents they are indebted to and enjoy the rest
