Maikanti Baru was the group managing director of NNPC Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, This is public corporation o Nigerian Government that handles and regulates prospecting, drilling, selling o crude oil and its byproducts, NNPC accounts for over 90% revenue of Nigerian government.
This is the establishment i worked in under baru who is presently now working with the presidency federal republic of Nigeria.
In the course of my duty here i was able to exploit the procedures of operation to be able to make huge volume of money for myself which i want to invest in your country under your management for our mutual benefit.
The volume of investment i am proposing comes with a portfolio valued to USD93,968,851.33 (Ninety three million, Nine hundred and sixty Eight thousand Eight hundred and fifty one Dollars thirty three cent only..
Though it is my priority to invest into real estate venture because it is safe and low risk venture we can also consider other areas of
investment that have low risk factor where you share huge experience in.
My adopting you as privileged partner in this is based on strong believe to manage the funds profitable, ensure safety of the funds when transferred into your custody, i strongly believed you will not betray these trust above all maintain the confident this deal requires.
In my capacity as top management decision maker in the procurement department NNPC and in my ability to influence some decision i was able in 2010 to successfully initiate, process and approve over-invoicing a contract with reference contract number: DPR/ NNPC/ 1420/ S/ 2010 with value USD187,937,702.67 (One hundred and eighty Seven Million, Nine hundred and thirty seven thousand, seven hundred and two united states dollars sixty seven cent only.)
This project was awarded to messers: North–South Oil and Investment Limited in 2010
The project has been successfully completed and delivered and original contract sum fully paid leaving behind the over invoiced amount for our claim.
My soliciting your collaboration is to establish your company as sub-contractor to North–South Oil and Investment Limited, establish documented records that your company sub contracted part of the job executed and is the contractual beneficiary to the outstanding funds which is actually the over-invoiced sum amounting to USD93,968,851.33 (Ninety three million, Nine hundred and sixty Eight thousand Eight hundred and fifty one Dollars thirty three cent only.
I will need your consent to be so presented in this deal, then i shall outline to you procedures we shall take to realize this including requirements for your consideration.
After establishing the funds to your title and transfer to your account i will come over to your country where we can prepare a joint partnership investment agreement sign and allow you invest and manage the funds for our mutual benefit.
