Attention:
We are pleased to notify you that we have now taken over the documentary credit advice and payment of your approved nominee beneficial payment valued at the sum of $10,500,000.00 only consolidated Cash Deposit Inflow from the "Federal Reserve Bank" as the correspondence bankers bank of international settlement/clearance here in the United States.
Be further advised that our involvement in finalization of this payment due to you as nominee beneficiary was brought about by reason of the present scarcity of foreign exchange currently being experienced by the "World Bank" at this point in time due to their non-compliance with the regulatory requirement of the International Monetary Fund (IMF)
