Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that your outstanding USD10.5million, which was initially supposed to be paid to you through Zenith Bank Plc, UBA or other commercial bank here has been recalled to CBN because the bank have been delaying the payment to use the money for their local transactions beside the illegal extortion by the bank officials reported and also for trying to pay your money in parts.
The CBN as the Apex bank of Nigeria has therefore taken the responsibility to transfer your fund to your account with immediate effect. You are therefore urgently requested to send us your bank account details where you want to receive the fund, your id card copy, contact address and telephone number immediately..
Meanwhile you are hereby advised to stop further communications/dealings with Zenith Bank Plc, UBA or any other commercial bank's official here as this present arrangement, signed and sealed today supersede any previous arrangement for your payment. Your continuous dealing or communicating with them is at your own risk and a waste of your time.
We sincerely apologize and regret the inconvenience the delay in the payment of your fund may course you.
