Hello!

This letter serves as a listening ear to the victims of scam all over
the world. We have been having a meeting for the past 3 months which
ended 2 days ago with the Secretary-General of the United Nations
Organization.

This message is to all the people who have been scammed in any part of
the world, the United Nations has agreed to compensate them with the
sum of US$4.5 Million, including all foreign contractors who may not
have received their contract sum, and people who have had an
unfinished transaction or international businesses that have failed
due to government problems, etc. We have a database of victims and
that is why we are contacting you.

This has been deliberate and is one of our priorities to make the
world a better place. You are advised to contact Mr. Gbenga M.
Makinde, from United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, as he is our
representative in the Republic of Benin, contact him immediately for
your ATM visa card of US$4.5 Million. These funds are in an ATM visa
card for security purposes. It will be sent to you and you can receive
