Consequently the sum of USD6.5m have been provisionally approved for you as adequate compensation and start up fund for this project. You can not even write one paragraph of successful English. Your writings appear good in your eyes only because you are limited to what you know. Use of vulgar and indecent languages do not in any way connote expression of sound knowledge or intellectual capacity. In my last email I used the words "urbane, civil, brash et al" to express my points in various ways in my honest attempt to educate you but unfortunately you are not willing to learn. Again I want to urge you to JUXTAPOSE before drawing uninformed conclusions that make you an object of ridicule..
