Dear,

Your mail is well understood and Your file has been on my desk for long.

Let me hint you on the two working processes to choose before proceeding.

1) You are to get a Court Clearance Order from the British high court and other documents and swearing of affidavit oath before your file can be submitted to the bank for your payment. If you can not come in person due to one thing or the other, You can hire a lawyer through our legal department to stand on your behalf, which i might not know what it will cost till i got to them if you want me to. But i promise to use my office in helping you.

OR

2) Submitting your file direct to the bank with out any court clearance will attract quarter payment of the total sum and the rest to be completed after when you might have gotten the court order. I do not know the cost of the transfer till the bank say so.

Decide on what to do now and get to me before proceeding, While i wait to hear from you. You are to fill this payment application form and return it back to us immediately. Attach also is my official identity card. Thank you.

Yours dutifully

Sir Andrew Green
Director on Foreign Payment. IMF
