This is to bring to your notice that the Foreign Affairs Commission, in conjunction with the Federal Ministry of Finance (F.M.F), has reviewed the cause of the delay on long awaiting foreign payments and after the Executive Board meeting of the above offices, a finally approval has been granted to pay all foreign outstanding debts between 2016 – 2021 (5years).
