In accordance with the payment verification and auditing exercise carried out by the Debt Settlement regulatory agency, World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), African Central Banks and their sister Monetary Agencies, we have on record the below bank account as presented by your Lawyer/Representative for payment of the approved amount of US$7.5 Million having stated your health status as incapacitated to carry on with the fund transfer process.

To this effect, all concerned beneficiaries have been officially communicated and advised to reconcile payment instructions with the below named designated payment officer on receipt of this important notification to ensure onward release of funds without further delays as we aim to restore and rehabilitate the lost dignity of this organization as the governing body.
