I still wonder why you find it very difficult following the instructions given you over the years to contact the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria CBN in the person of Mr. Godwin I. Emefiele for the payment of your outstanding inheritance contract fund total Sum of $31,532,000:00 realized from the sales of Crude Oil with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation NNPC.
However, with Power bestowed on me as the Secretary General to the Federation and Chairman to the Office of the President on Contract Debts Payment that i seized this Medium to remind and further advice you to contact the CBN Governor as instructed for the payment of your fund to you the rightful next of kin Benefactor. This is the 2nd face of the First 1st quarter payment of the Year 2020, and for a Certain we shall not pet any one/Fund beneficiary who are UN-serious to receiving their fund. The CBN Shall only be willing to pay those fund beneficiaries with whom are serious to make their Claims .
