My name is Luqman Muhammed, I am the chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Edo branch. We have a situation that needs your urgent attention. We also recovered 16 very expensive cars, 2, 5 star hotels and 7 houses located in Lekki phase 1 in Lagos state.
After thorough investigation on him, we found your email address in his computer and he said you are his business partner but we know he is lying because he sends different mails using different names to perpetrate his fraudulent activities and has been successful but unfortunately for him, his time is up and he will be severely punished.
We have decided to refund the huge sum of money to you and we discussed with the bank manager of UBA bank about it and she said you will only pay $300 to open a domiciliary account for you to avoid paying for transfer charges.
