Bello Mustafa the Chairman of the Contract Award committee of the
ECONOMIC COMMUNITY OF WEST AFRICAN STATES (ECOWAS)with Headquarters in

million dollars to your overseas account based on percentage.

(1) Assist in the transfer of the said sum
