I Really, I do not know how best to begin. I am afraid, not because I am not sure of my plans or myself but because I am not sure the kind of person you are and what would be your reaction if I opened up to you. There was this seasoned contractor name (withheld) who had an unpaid contract balance of $9.8 million for the supply and installation of heavy Industrial Equipment to our Ministry. Who died a month after the completion of the contract project without any registered Next of Kin or business partner in his Payment file. The deceased, a Thai national, and his wife died in September 2020 due to COVID-19 complications without any registered business partner in his payment file.
Now, the Ministry has given me an ultimatum as his Supervisor to present the heir within 14 working days otherwise, his unpaid Contract Fund will be moved to the Bank Of Cambodia as an unclaimed fund. I wish to use my position to present you to the Ministry as his business partner and have your information registered in his payment file as his business partner.
If you are interested, let me have your telephone number and full name to enable me to give you comprehensive details on what we are to do to get this Fund Claim Concluded.
