IMMEDIATE US$ 1,000,000 COMPENSATION FUND

If you receive this payment notification, then respond immediately in order not to miss this opportunity.

On 12 November 2025, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres and the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, convened the Ninth African Union-United Nations Annual Conference at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Among issues discussed was the compensation program for victims of non payment of contract and inheritance payment from Africa.

Rising from the meeting and while responding to questions from journalists about non payment of foreign contract & Inheritance funds in Africa, Ms. Najla Nassif Palma, the Global Coordinator and Assistant General, UN Victims' Rights Advocate, told the world that she had reached an Agreement with the International Monetary Fund(IMF), Berkshire Hathaway, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Lilly Endowment, and philanthropists such as Warren Buffett, Microsoft and the Coca-Cola Company and has raised funds for the payment of $1 million each to all the short-listed victims pf non payment of contract and Inheritance payment from the region. This compensation will enable them to have good Xmas celebrations. For accountability and transparent purposes, the millions of dollars raised from these spirited individuals and organizations budgeted for the payment of these beneficiaries have been deposited with the Apex Bank of England's accredited bank. All shortlisted beneficiaries should endeavor to open their personal online bank account at the approved bank where their approved US$1,000,000 will be deposited for their quick access and withdrawals. The minimum deposit for opening a personal account is £100 payable through our approved certified bitcoin shown below.
Beneficiaries should also stop sending proxies to us, which often complicates issues for them. You should contact us directly and we shall serve you better and quicker.

The names of the short-listed beneficiaries(including you) were selected from the UN list of creditors and are contained in the United Nations' Victims' Rights Advocate's Memo.

Therefore, as the approved $1 million payment to shortlisted beneficiaries has begun in earnest, you are advised to contact this office with your address, ID card and your £100 personal online account opening deposit to enable us to process your online account for immediate payment of your approved compensation fund.

I await your prompt compliance.

Yours faithfully,

Ms. Najla Nassif Palma
