In accordance with the Payment directives in the Foreign Credit Subsection of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Gazette Ref. No:004/325/11/02/25 issued under the supervision of the US Treasury on foreign debt matters on 8th September 2025 in favor of the approved payments in the amount of US$25. million which are said to be in your ownership and therefore you are hereby directed to apply for a claim for swift transfer of the said amount.
You are also required to kindly forward your photo id for a proper identification to confirm and ensure that we are communicating with the rightful beneficiary before the bank can release funds to you. In that case we will further this transaction only when you confirm the above requirements and once these are submitted the bank will communicate the transfer date to you pending completion of other payment procedures.
