I know this business proposal will come to you as a surprise , my name is Dr, Chindo Michael Director contract award Department Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in 2017 our Corporation awarded a contract to a Japanese firm for rehabilitation of oil pipeline and supply of heavy drilling equipment to Kaduna refinery at the sum of One Hundred and Fifteen Million United States Dollars only but I and my colleagues deliberately over invoice the fund to the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Million United States Dollars only .This Japanese firm has completed their contract and has been paid years back so the over invoice of Thirty Five Million United States Dollars is still floating in our micro account with Central Bank of Nigeria unclaimed.
presently because of the crisis that is going on in Nigeria the democratically elected president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has Ordered the payment of all foreign contractors dept in other to redeem our country lost image before the International communities.
My colleagues has appointed me to look for a honest and God fearing foreign partner who will stand as our confidential foreign partner by presenting his or her information for the processing of all legal approvals from the ministries concern for the onward approvals through an attorney that we will appoint to represent you and apply own your behalf for the secure of all legal approvals on your favour as the rightful contractor and beneficiary of the said fund. this approvals will be backdated to suit the claim as all arrangement related to the secure and transfer of the said fund has been put in place, This processes is just for formality sack as all arrangement has been put in place by us here.
