Good day and welcome to World Bank District Head office, Benin. I received your details few hours back from Mr Daniel Of Ora Bank. It is my pleasure this moment to write you as regard your Funds transfer of 12,500,000. USD intercepted by this Office during the wire transfer attempts by Ora bank.
Sir, we got a notification of wire transfer attempt from Ora Bank, but considering the volume of the Funds in question, and corresponding world Bank Foreign transfer Law, we decline the swift of remuneration of the transfer, and called for immediate declaration of your Funds memo to this Office. It is important to inform you, based on on our recent law promulgated with a view to checking Money Laundering globally, that this Funds, can never be wired either by local Bank or affiliated Banks. This of course is the reason we decline the request.
However, i wish to inform you, based on what i said above, that the sole right of transferring above funds is given to world Bank alone, in other words, you are expected to to submit your Bank wire transfer details here, such as your Bank name, account name, account number and routine Number.
In addition to this, and prior to this Funds transfer, we wish to inform you that world Bank will issue you what we call World Bank wire transfer Batches( wwtb). This is a kind of certificate attesting the legal backup of the Funds, and must be submitted to the your local Bank branch before the Funds is release. This certificate or Batches will cost you the Beneficiary the sum of 1000 USD, and must be paid before the remittance.
You are therefore advised to provide your account details above, and on receipt of that, i will direct you on how to make this payment. If you can not send the fee directly here, we will direct you on how to do that in United states, where we have also an extension.
