I am Senator Geoffrey Chukwuka Utazi, The Chairman, Senate Committee on Contract Payment and finance In charge of Federal Ministry of Finance (FMF). From my person Investigation, this fund came as a result of over-invoiced contract/inheritance because you did not execute any contract here with Nigeria Government, although, the said fund has already been approved for payment in your name. But due to some mistakes and illegal approval documents in your payment file which need to be be corrected before you can be able to receive the fund without anymore delay or problem during transfer.
You must also be aware that some of the government officials, Banks and individuals here in Nigeria and Abroad (etc) have tried to transfer this fund to you but failed due to their dishonesty and unnecessary demand for fees, So,you are hereby advised to stop any further communications with any one else or any other financial institution and comply to this to avoid any further delay.
Above are the major reasons why you could not receive this payment up till today and may not likely receive it unless you will comply to my terms and conditions below:
1) You shall keep this a deal between me alone.
2) I shall be entitle with 50% of the total fund as soon as you confirm the funds in your account.
3) You shall give me a written letter of Guarantee to prove that will surely compensate me according and will never reveal or expose my involvement over this deal to anybody.
If you cannot agree to work on my above stated conditions, then, I shall forward my report to the following authorities such as the Central Bank of Nigeria (C.B.N), Senate Special Committee on Anti-Corruption (S.S.C.A.C) as well as Economic & Financial Crime Commission (E.F.C.C) for onward cancellation of this payment.
All I need is your sincerely truth and co-operation for immediate release of the funds to you for our both benefit.
