The fund 120 million usd is presently on-hold at the central bank based on some irregularities which subjects it to confiscation by the government.
The central bank officials are demanding for 500,000 usd as their risk taking involvement to release the fund and be credited to a local commercial bank that will legalize the fund and get it transferred to you in the most lawful way as fund that originated from Togo without any problem.
I am still pressing and pressuring the central bank officials but the commercial bank is now ready and waiting to receive the crediting of the fund by the central bank.
Please send the data page of your international passport and your bank account details as requested by the bank
