Thank you for your mail. Please note that my last mail to you was more or
less a rehash of my first mail. So, there is really no difference between the
two mails. My last mail could be well considered as an official reminder of
my first mail sent to you finally for you not to eventually lose your payment.
This was essentially the reason for my last mail which good enough
eventually got to you this time around.
Please, note that you will now be expected to promptly assign an attorney
over here to help you sign the official Seal of Release in respect of
your payment as you may not be able to come over to Nigeria this time around to
personally endorse same as it would have naturally been. Once the Seal
of Release is endorsed by your attorney, the Seal will be promptly
transmitted by CBN to HSBC for your funds to be wired by swift to your
nominated account by HSBC.
Meanwhile,complete the attached application for as directed and return same
after complication along with a copy of your ID or the data page of your
international passport. Your Seal of Release after it's endorsement by your
assigned attorney shall be forwarded together with your completed application
to HSBC for the wire of your approved funds to your account.
