In response to your memo today, I am writing with reference to the instructions given by our dear president Dr. Patrice Talon, to release your ATM fund, and I can assure you that I am willing to do whatever it takes to defeat this transaction to you within 74hours, as soon as you meet up with the mode system. the total fund of US$19.8Million USD, will be sent to you through POST OFFICE in form of ATM Debit Card, and would be sent directly to your home address and P.O BOX. But you will have to pay the sum of $450,00 for the International Security Organization tax fee, and that is the normal Government proceed of paying such huge of funds to any foreign beneficiary.
