REMINDER;
Based on his experience of the hardship and pains caused by the 4th Tier of the Covid-19 pandemic during his recent visit to London UK for medical treatment, the President, the Debt Management Office (DMO) and the Federal Executive Council (FEC), the highest decision making body in Nigeria last week approved an automatic flat level palliative payment of Two hundred and fifty thousand US dollars (US$250,000.00) to every beneficiary.

Further Recommendations of the Palliative Committee include the following below;
(i) To avoid the rigors and problems of protocol, the FEC directed that all payments will be by Visa ATM Card to be delivered through courier service to every beneficiary's confirmed address.
(ii) The FEC directed that every beneficiary should reconfirm his or her name and postal address, contact tel/cel. numbers, the airport nearest to him or her.
(iii) The FEC directed that to avoid any human obstacle or excuse, nobody or diplomat of any type or name will be sent to bring the Card to you. The card will be adequately insured against all hazards before being posted directly to you via your address. Once it arrives at your airport, a paid courier agent will deliver it to you using your address.
(iv) The federal executive council (FEC) directed that every beneficiary must pay $130 only for the comprehensive insurance of the ATM card against all hazards till you receive it.

(v) With the exception of the comprehensive insurance fee of US$130, the FEC and DMO will take care of every other arrangement till the ATM card gets to you.

This palliative provision is to serve as a temporary measure aimed at cushioning the harsh effects of the ravaging Covid-19 pandemic.

Payment of the comprehensive insurance fee of US$130 is a condition that must be fulfilled by all beneficiaries before the release of your payment ATM Card.
