This scammer ovlier and cool are not going to do any transfer to you they will only ask you to open an account with them with this and that amount to have your own online banking. and hence you do they will now creat online bank to you and ask to to start withdraw and they will stop it and ask you for big money ask for big money untill you got failed up. stop everything you are doing with them and contact American Express Center on how you should receive your already created ATM to your address alright.
We repeat before is too late for you.
