Attn: Mr. Beneficiary,
We have instruction to contact you as one of the listed beneficiaries
whose payments are long overdue but delayed as a result of selfish
interest on the part of some of the officials. The United Nations in
conjunction with Ecowas member States has given clarification on the
mode of payment which includes an approval of US$10 Million to be paid
to you through on the spot cash payment or delivery down to your country home.
To avoid diversion of fund or payment to the wrong person, a career
diplomat –Dr Daniel Toyo Manfo has been assigned to meet with you in
this regard. All arrangements have been made by the government to
enable the Diplomat travel for your payment and this includes hotel
accommodation, flight ticket and Basic Travel Allowance. You should
therefore take note of the following:
(1) Reconfirm your particulars names, address, Telephone /fax numbers
and the amount you are being owed to enable us crosscheck with the
information in the file.
(2) Send the first and second pages of your international passport or
driver’s license for the purpose of identification at the airport by
the Diplomat.
(3) You must be at the airport to receive the Diplomat on arrival and
make sure your phone is open for easy communication.
As soon as your response is received, every other information related
to this will be made known to you.
