I write to officially bring to your knowledge that your plights have finally received Divine attention. I suppose, your long term cry has reached heaven. Without wasting much of your time, let me formally inform you what this letter is all about. During international conference/summit help Last week at the U.S Dept of State House with all stake holders of foreign payment oversight.

It was recorded that all your painstaking efforts to claim your funds was frustrated. Furthermore, delegation suggested that you have lost your life savings to the internet scam artist trying to claim your funds. Regrettably it resulted to endless extortion of fees after another.

Well, let’s not dwell or engage on a fruitless conversation.
