Thanks for your prompt message. your package has been held for so long
in Turkey so it needs the services of a clearing agent to visit the
customs service to know what it will take to get the package released

so if you are really willing to have this package release and sent to
you kindly contact the clearing agent with this information and ask
him what it will take to have the package released from the Customs.
