This letter shall serve as the " LETTER OF AGREEMENT" between us, regarding my due payment in the amount of $10 million, in one lot which was deposited in the CBN in Nigeria via connection of Jacobs Chamber law firm handling on my behalf. that the said $10M has no relationship with other deposit funds in the CBN &/or other banks in Nigeria nor any financial Institutions in any other countries. The Jacobs Chambers agreed to pay any request charges and fees. This letter refers to the prearranged agreed-upon" percentages between us, regarding the specified $10M funds in the CBN herein. I, do this day solemnly affirm that upon A receipt of my due payment in the amount of $10M funds on any mode of payment chosen by me , that I agree to pay the percentage below :

Barrister Boyo Jacobs : 30%
Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx : 70%

This agreement to the percentages, as stated above, is confirmed and accepted by me and Barrister Bayo Jacobs of the Jacob Chambers & Solicitors, Abuja, Nigeria. This 17th day of June, 2020.
