I have informed my Investor ( Fund Owner) of your interest in our Fund
for Investment proposal.

The Investor has agreed that we will commence with Investing of the
Fund once AGREEMENT / M.O.U is signed by both parties. Meeting face
to face will come when they ease lockdown on Covid 19 Pandemic.
