This product was found by our company research laboratory, and it grows in a limited area in India, formerly, I used to travel India every 60 days as company purchase manager, for purchasing raw material for our company, our company demand is Three Thousand Sachets (3,000) every 60 days, but now I have been promoted as Team Manager in manufacturing department at the AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical company, New Castle U.S.A,
The reason I am contacting you is because I have been promoted to another department in our company (AstraZeneca), and our company management has assigned a new purchase manager in my formal position, hence, our new purchase manager will start coming to India for the purchase of Odhara Plant extract, the major issue here is that I do not want our company to know the exact amount I am buying this product from the local dealer (APEX GLOBAL VENTURES) in India,because I have been keeping this margin, I do not also want APEX GLOBAL VENTURES to know because they will be very angry to know I am making such margin on their behalf.
Your role in this deal will be for you to stand in between our company and local dealer of Odhara plant extract, if agreed, this process will go on between us for 5 years, you will buy the product at the rate of $633 USD per one packet of 50 grams, which is equivalent to Forty-Five Thousand Indian Rupees [Rs. 45,000] per sachet of 50 grams, you will sell the product to our company at the rate of $,1,450 USD, which is equivalent to One Lakh Three Thousand Rupees [Rs. 1,03,000.00] per sachet of 50 grams, then you will take share of 60% and give me 40% of the profit,
Our company’s new purchase manager will come to India and have a meeting with you, and you will act like the local dealer, during this meeting, you will show him some product samples and he will inspect the product and approve it, And once he confirmed the product, he will hand over the hard copies of agreement and purchase order of 3,000 sachets to you, he will also request you to give him your account details for payment, after all formalities, you shall tell him to give some days to supply him the product,
Thereafter, you will contact the APEX GLOBAL VENTURES and purchase the product, and as soon the product is delivered to you, you will inform our purchase manager to come and take the delivery, our company’s purchase manager will be responsible for the export of the product from India, if you are interested, you will be required to provide your full details for drafting the M.O.U between you and our company, and to enable us to proceed further on this business.
