Dear Sir,/Ma,

I hereby notify you from the West African Monetary Council (WAMC) the
only body covering all financial institutions here in West Africa.

With due respect we wish to notify you that your involvement in
consignments and banking transactions in West African have been
reported to the office of the WAMC by the office of the Presidency.

The Presidency have given way to WAMC to mount surveillance to monitor
your calls/mail communication to West African and have today stopped
your delivery and bank transfers from West African countries until
you comply with our directives

Be informed that this office will confiscate all gold, consignments
and funds you have in West African Banks,and across the West African
subregion, security companies, Customs and Kotoka international
Airport if you fail to comply with the following instructions:

(1) Henceforth, all your transactions in West African nations will be
monitored and handled by the West African Monetary Council (WAMC) of
the finance control authorities act section no.1 of the WAMC bylaws.

(2) You will help this office to track fake officials impersonating
various government and private institutions across the West African
sub region at large. You are hereby advised to forward to this office
any emails and phone numbers communication coming to you from West
African for verification.

Note, your consignments and funds in this country are under West
African Monetary Council {WAMC}, care.

Henceforth you must obtain WEST AFRICAN MONETARY COUNCIL CLEARANCE
FORM and empower all your CONSIGNMENTS BOXES AND FUNDS to be
transferred and released by the various bodies both in America and in
West African dealing with delaying your delivery.

Your urgent cooperation will be highly appreciated.
