I received your reply to my proposal concerning late Mahone with Ecobank, Togo. Although we have not met each other before, but I believe that destiny brought us together for this purpose. Hence, I have no doubt that we will succeed in the claim if we work as a team..
When a person dies in Togo without a ‘Valid Will’, whatever he may have left behind will be passed on to the beneficiary through 'Intestacy Laws’. This law is effective and applicable when the depositor dies without a spouse, children and other extended family members such; as parents, nieces or nephews to inherit the estate. In cases like this, ‘Togolese Intestacy Laws’ simply require any of these extended member of the deceased family to inherit what is left behind.
Though your relationship with my late client hasn't been established, but I have confidence that you’ll perfectly fit into the claim considering the fact that you share the same country of origin and surname with the late depositor. I'm absolutely sure that we'll succeed if you'll cooperate, because cases like this doesn’t require a 'Deoxyribo-Nucleic Acid' (DNA) test, genealogical background check or witness to determine whether one is eligible for the inheritance.
Instead, in order to better establish the authenticity of your right to inherit late Mahone Kamair’s fund deposit with Ecobank, I will need to present an ‘Affidavit of Claim’ and ‘Succession certificate’ from a district court or high court within whose jurisdiction Ecobank is located. In order for me to secure both documents, you’ll have to provide me with the under listed information;

As soon as I receive the above information, I'll write and send a "Letter of Presentation" to Ecobank, presenting you as the only surviving member of their deceased customer. Thereafter, I shall prepare a specimen of claim application letter which you’ll send to Ecobank, putting claim over the deposit of US$5,560,000.00. Upon completion of these preliminary claim steps, we'll wait for the bank to process your claims.
Though it is difficult to accurately estimate the time it will take Ecobank to process payment of the funds into your bank account, but the entire process may not take up to 10 working days from the date you officially applied for the claims. I'm proposing 45% of the total fund as your remuneration for being involved the matter. I'll also have 45% of the fund while the remaining 10% will be divided into two equal halves and donated to various charitable homes in our respective countries.
I hope you’ll appreciate this sharing ratio because I put many things into consideration before deciding on the respective percentages.
