I thank you very much for your mail. Listen, it was not by mistake that I contacted you because I was left with no other option than this. Firstly, I would like to notify you that I am soliciting for your total assistance and co-operation to enable the bank release the sum of (US$9.6 Million) balance of my Late client, to your account. This transaction is guided under the Parliamentary ACTS and Inheritance By-Laws of this country as enacted on the 18th of October 1992 under the supervision of the house of parliament. The transaction is therefore 100% legal without any risks at all, in as much as we followed the laid down procedures as enacted by law.

The main reason why I contacted you is because I have been given a mandate by the bank where this money is deposited US$9.6 Million, this money will be confiscated into their government treasury as per the law here if I do not provide to them the next of kin to this money and I do not want that to happen to this money all I need from you is your honest co-operation so I can present you to the Bank for a legal approval in the court as the next of kin to my late client.
