Dear Sir,
Thanks for your response.I wish therefore to provide you with detailed information on this issue which is my late client. The detailed information on the inheritance left behind is as follows. He was born on the 2nd of February 1951. He is an international Crude Oil broker for Africa and the Middle East. He has an account valued at US$7,506,420.00 (Seven Million, Five Hundred and six Thousand, Four Hundred and Twenty US Dollars) with Standard Chartered Bank regional office.
The bank has therefore mandated that I appoint an Inheritor of my client in conformity with the rules and regulation of the Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), the bank where the fund is domiciled and the memorandum of understanding between the bank and the probate Court. This body has therefore resolved to nominate you to stand as Inheritor and thereby inherit the estate of this fund and material wealth known to the bank and the probate.
As you may be aware, Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) is a full investment banker and as such does not do commercial banking services. Thus, they have engaged the services of Standard Bank International to execute this inheritance transaction. In order to commence, you will legally nominate through the Probate department of the federal Judiciary as an inheritor to this estate and when approved, they will officially inform the bank of the beneficiary approved for the funds held under the name of my client on their bank and by so doing, will instruct the bank to officially notify you of this inheritance.
It is at this juncture that the bank will contact you with detailed information on what needs to be done so as to transfer the inheritance to any designated bank account you may stand to nominate.
In order to commence, I require that you provide as follows:
1) Your full names and surname
2) House Or Office address.
3) Occupation.
4) Your phone number(s)
In return, I will provide you with the transaction details and also make an official application to the bank for an approval to process the fund on your name and favor .I will therefore wait for your response with the required information.
Yours faithfully,
Ralston A. Wheatley
