I contacted you independently and no one is informed of this communication. the subject matter is that In May 2014 Mr. Saeed beykzadeh made a deposit of $19,100,000 only in my branch, a number of notices was sent to him two years later for not operating the account and we later discovered that Mr. Saeed beykzadeh had died of kidney diseases. What bothers me most is according to the laws of my country at the expiration of 7 years the funds will be revert to the ownership of the Hong Kong Government if nobody comes for the funds, against this scenery, I have all the information needed to claim these funds and I want you to act as the next of kin to the deposited funds. There is no risk involved in this matter as I hold the key to the funds, and we are going to adopt a legitimate method as I have all paperwork's to make you the next of kin to the funds.
Again, let me thank you for your response and willingness to assist me in this mutually benefiting transaction. I want to reiterate here that I seek assistance from you that will benefit us mutually and am sending you more information to enable you to have an in-depth and total understanding of this transaction before we commence. A brief introduction of me, I am a citizen of China, born on the 15th of February 1968 I am divorced with 2 children. I have been working in the Bank industry for 13 years now, within which period, the bank has gone through several reformations and name changes. have never taken a holiday for more than one week per year. This should let you know how hard working I am which has brought me to the position. I have never traveled out of my country as I see it as a wasteful venture if I have to spend so much money, which I have a very limited amount of, to do so.
For this transaction to commence, I will need you to tell me about yourself and provide me with your details so I can be sure of who I am about to engage in business and if you have the capacity to handle sums of this nature, and upon receipt of this information if satisfied, I will proceed to appointing an attorney who will prepare the necessary documents and affidavits which will put you in place as the next of kin to Mr. Saeed beykzadeh (the deceased depositor).
The attorney will draft a backdated WILL to purport that it had been written and signed by the depositor himself, which will name you as the beneficiary/sole executor of the described inheritance therein the WILL and the attorney will file in the High court the appropriate affidavit in order to empower you as the next of kin/Sole Beneficiary and Trustee/Sole Executor of the Estate of the depositor which includes the Funds, which with the payment of the same due to you as the next of kin and executor of the WILL. The very good thing about this transaction is that it will be done in a very proper and legal manner. Upon the successful completion, you will be required to disburse these funds in the agreed sharing ratio of 60% for me, 40% for you from the total sum of $19,100,000 (Nineteen Million One Hundred Thousand United State Dollar).
After all the necessary documentation for the funds release are met and satisfied, an approval may be given by the board of my bank for the release of the funds you will them have to open an Offshore Bank Account with a corresponding bank with my bank from there the funds can be transferred directly to your local account if we are able to meet the requirements of the direct transfer. If an intermediary bank is used, you will then have access to the funds and commence the transfer of the money to your local account or any other account at your convenience and transfer a certain percentage of my share of the funds to me through an account. Let me say here that I shall equally require your assistance in advising me on good investment opportunities in your country as I might invest the remaining part of my share of the funds in your country.
