The person in question is, late Mr. Alex born in the United kingdom on the 2nd of February 1957 and died in the year 2019 at the age of 62. He was into Petroleum business within Africa and the Middle East.
He left behind a bank account valued at USD16,506,420.00 (Sixteen Million, Five Hundred and six Thousand, Four Hundred and Twenty US Dollars) with Standard Chartered Bank, Gambia. I did mention earlier that he died intestate (meaning that he died having made no legal will in relation to this fund at the bank.
A complete search has since been conducted after his sudden death to locate any of his relatives, but all was to no avail. Determining the distribution of the deceased's assets then becomes the responsibility of a probate court and the bank in which this amount of money is domiciled.
The bank has therefore mandated that I appoint an Inheritor whose last name must be the same to the deceased in conformity with the rules and regulation of the Standard Chartered Bank, Gambia, the bank where the fund is domiciled and the memorandum of understanding between the bank and the probate Court.
We have therefore resolved to nominate you to stand as Inheritor and thereby inherit the estate of the deceased in cash and material wealth known to the bank and the probate. The fund will be disbursed when transferred to your account as follows:
70% to you.
20% to a Charity Organization in the Gambia.
10% to us.
In order to commence, I will legally nominate you through the Probate department of the Gambian Judiciary as an inheritor to this estate and when approved, they will officially inform the bank of the beneficiary approved for the funds held under the name of this late client on their bank and by so doing, the bank will be instructed officially notify you of this inheritance.
It is at this juncture that the bank will contact you with detailed information on what needs to be done so as to transfer the inheritance to any designated bank account you may stand to nominate.
I will require your full names, sex, occupation, age, your phone number(s) and contact address if you are interested in this project. In return, I will apply and provide you with the bank official approval document confirming you as the beneficiary of my valued Identification and any other document(s) you may stand to require.
I will therefore require your consent to enable me to continue with the nomination and subsequent approval as beneficiary to this estate. If you are willing to proceed further, kindly inform me accordingly.
