Hi

I am compelled to contact you through this medium because I have no
other better way to reach you. Otherwise, I am aware of the unsafe
nature of the internet; but due to the prevailing circumstances it
appears to be my best option to seek for partnership

My name is Ethan Stevenson Esq, I am a fiduciary consultant and
associate attorney of an independent law-firm based in Lome, Togo.

Succinctly, one of my foreign clients died intestate and left the sum
of 11,565,000 USD in his account. And when someone dies without a
will, an administrator will be appointed to wind up their estate -
usually the next of kin or a close relative.

Normally banking procedures requires that the bank declares the
account forfeit-able and such proceeds would be moved to the
government treasury. This present situation made me to contact you
given that you and my deceased client were of same nationality which
made it favorably disposed towards this proposal to present you as the
"Cestui Que trust" and administrator of the account. It may also
interest you to know that the transaction will be executed within the
ambit of the law and nothing shall be done outside of it.

At the successful end of the transaction successfully, it is normal
that we share the proceeds by 50/50 ratio.
Once the money gets into your bank account, you will take your 50% and
keep 50% for me.

Your role is only to stand as a next of kin and receive the money. I
can assure you that this transaction is 100% risk-free and shall be
followed under legitimate arrangement that will protect you from the
breach of law. If we agree on this, I will proceed with the necessary
arrangement so that you can be eligible to receive the funds as the
legitimate beneficiary. We must work in accordance with the law so
that you will not have problem with the government of your country
when the money enters your bank account. Hence, we need to follow a
careful step to ensure successful transaction.

I anticipate your positive respond so that we can start the legal process.

I look forward to having a good business relationship with you.

Regards,
Ethan Stevenson Esq
