I am sharing this information with you because of some past/present situations in Hong Kong over the years, which arose as a result of the demand for the total removal of the extradition law to the demand for a full democracy and subsequent threats from China. My dear country is on the verge of collapsing as China has refused to grant the request of the protesters and is indirectly aiming for absolute power control through the Minister. Currently they are threatening us and Taiwan and want to invade us the same way Russia has invaded Ukraine. Media is prevented from reporting such news. Our country is no longer safe for children and young adults; hence the more reason I want to relocate. Also for the safety of my kids and to give them a better life. There has been a long series of violent clashes between the police and protesters, unlawful castration of people is predominant now. Currently we have another issue which is COVID19 brought by China upon us mainly to stop the massive protest of Hong Kongers and to shut down the economy of other Countries that would speak up for Hong Kong. Regrettably/ unfortunately the virus has become a global pandemic. More worrisome is the new anti-government ambiguous national security law passed by China. Our civil liberties are tightly restrained in the law and loyalty to the Communist Party is paramount. Relocating and settling down with children which I want to do requires a lot of funds which I do not have and it is necessary we do that now.
I would like to introduce myself; my name is Mrs. Emily Mia Zong. I am the Chief Operating Officer of OCBC Wing Hang Bank Limited in Hong Kong. I am an Investment Director responsible for the management of private portfolios of clients including trust, charities and pension funds. While reviewing the financial report by my department I discovered some portfolios belonging to some deceased clients who had no next-of-kin to inherit their funds. Some of the portfolios contain: 10 million, 19.5 million, 18 and 20 million (all in dollars) among others.
Hence, I am contacting you about the portfolio containing 19.5 million Dollars (nineteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars) belonging to Mr. Ignacio (the deceased) with a subject matter; Ref: LB/TSB/958/042/0511. In 2010, the subject matter; Ref: LB/TSB/958/042/0511 came to our bank. I am prepared to place you in the position of next“of“kin and have our Bank release the funds to you as the closest surviving relatives as he did not indicate any next-of-kin while opening the investment with us. Upon receipt of the deposit, I am prepared to share the money with you in half. That is, I will simply nominate you as the beneficiary and have them release the deposit to you. We will share the fund 50/50.
I am a family woman; this is an opportunity to take my family to a safer country and give them a better life. I need you to help me please.
