First, I want to assure you that this requirement will be implemented
legally, without breaking the law.
In accordance with financial and related legal issues in connection
with a claim on the estates, next of kin ensure the security of the
information that was given to the deceased as at the time when the
deposit was made in the bank for the deceased.
However, as the family lawyer, I was devoted to open an account, and I
have in my file all the information that the bank would need to
release the funds, but I'm not able to claim the money because I
advocate the deceased and the only act in a fiduciary capacity ( in
the trust) as a lawyer of the deceased.
Therefore, I can assure you that we will be successful in this claim.
All I require from you is your complete honesty, cooperation, and that
you will follow my instructions at all times.
The first step in getting the funds transferred to you as the next of
kin of the deceased and the legal recipient of funds must submit
application Requirements to the bank where the fund is set aside for
release of funds for you.
So I have to formally apply to the bank on your behalf, so that they
can handle the application for issuance and transfer of funds to be
deposited with you.
To apply and fill in the formal statement of claim to the bank on your
behalf, you must confirm the following information:

I suggest that the mode of division of these funds is as follows: 40%

Please note that once the fund is transferred into your account, you
will make arrangements for me to come and meet you in your country to
collect my share.
I would also like to invest a certain percentage of its share in your
country. I hope that you will guide me through this process.
